I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the hotel's frequent shuttle bus service to the slopes. In addition, I found the hotel facilities to be clean, especially the modern bathroom facilities. Also, the breakfast offered a good variety.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the skiing area, making it hard to get to the slopes. the room's soundproofing is bad, and you'll hear noise from the road outside all the time. Breakfast was limited with a small variety of food and drinks, and the dinner was unappetizing with not much choice. Although the rooms looked clean, the bathrooms were cramped and uncomfortable. the staff was less than helpful and often seemed disinterested or aloof.

The Spa area was noisy with underage children, interrupting the peaceful ambiance.

The hotel provides a very efficient shuttle service that takes you anywhere in a few minutes. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and focused on making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The healthy breakfast and excellent dinner menu were always delicious and varied. The comfortable rooms are clean and spacious, providing excellent sleep quality.

Although the hotel has a big and cozy bar, the Wi-Fi was slow, making it difficult to get the work done. The location of the hotel is not the best, but the shuttle service solved that problem.
